Cancellation Policy & Fees
In order to recoup the cost of processing a reservation and to assist in reducing the loss of income for our drivers, one or more of these fees may be applied once a ride is cancelled. These fees will not apply if you reschedule your ride at the time of cancellation.
Standard Cancellation Fee - $10.00
Applied to rides cancelled up to one week (7 days) before the scheduled pick-up time
Late Notice Cancellation Fee - $15.00
Applied to rides cancelled within one week (7 days) of the scheduled pick-up time
Within 24 Hours Cancellation Fee - $20.00
Applied to rides cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time
